Creative coaching comes to zoom

Lexia has announced an extension to its current service provision, by unveiling a new creative coaching format.

Perfectly timed to coincide with the lockdown lifestyle we all find ourselves living through, the solution is delivered by Zoom or Teams, and is available to any business or individual seeking to reconsider or re-energise their communications output.

Each session involves an hour of deep-dive discussion around where the business has been in its recent journey, how its brand is currently being portrayed, and what the ideal future would look like for the owner or team.

Sessions are pre-booked in conjunction with a handful of questions designed to unpick the priority needs of the business.

Lexia then creates the perfect ‘creative coaching panel’ to attend the online session. The panel may consist of brand and design specialists, pure PR focused professionals, marketeers, social media experts – or a combination.

Debbie Watson, Lexia’s principal, believes the sessions are a perfect way to create fresh thinking in a business.

“These are a very simple approach, and something which businesses can easily engage in, without long term commitment,” she said.

“All too often, companies might be thinking about developing their communications approach, or creating a new strategy, or just dipping their toe into some kind of PR activity – but they end up procrastinating because it all feels rather fearful.

“Now is the perfect time to offer our creative solution online, and to allow people to bounce ideas off those of us who have been in the sector for a long time and can offer genuinely useful insight.”
