When lockdown was formally announced in the UK, Niche Cocktails were scarcely a fortnight into their new business being live.

Intent on targeting the hospitality sector, the company founders quickly realised they would now have to shift focus and show themselves to be capable of a ‘pandemic pivot’ – reaching the consumer audience of ‘staying home’ shorts drinkers instead.

We reached out to our hospitality media contacts, regional newsdesks, and avid foodie journalists, in order to convey the story of their arrival on the scene.
